Why we do it
After prayer, the selection of a lead minister is the single most important element in the healthy new church. And when it comes to assessing potential church planters, nobody does it better than Brent Foulke, Paige Mathews, and Tom Jones of the Church Planting Assessment Center. I highly recommend CPAC for its thoroughness, its cost and its overall excellence.

How do you confirm your calling to church planting? Pray. Pray. Pray. Then, participate in assessment.
One of the most common reasons that new churches fail is the selection of the wrong lead planter. Church planting is lonely. It is demanding. It takes a strange mix of teachability, humility, and entrepreneurialism. Many planters sense the calling, but unfortunately, few take the step of formal assessment to get feadback from other experienced church planters.
We do what we do because it works, it helps, it makes a difference!
Brent, Paige and Tom have over 50 years of combined experience in conducting Church Planting Leader Assessment. And, they have over 60 years of combined experience in actually planting churches, directing organizations that plant churches, recruiting church planters, and encouraging the multiplication of disciples and churches for the growth of the Kingdom of God. They believe that church planting is one of the best methods for evangelizing the lost.
The CPAC process is not intended to give you a simple thumbs up or down. It does help you evaluate your gifts, talents, temperament, mental and emotional stability, behavioral styles, experiences, background, dreams, aspirations, and to guide your own decision making process. The assessors will provide appropriate affirmations and pointed developmental recommendations for your ministry aspirations. We are for you, and your spouse if you are married. Most people who go through the CPAC process believe it was one of the most defining and empowering moments in their life.
We do what we do -- for you!
